This document defines the minimum requirements that must be met by alarm receiving centres to ensure their efficiency in all pre-established circumstances.

This voluntary application rule is intended for all users, installers, organizations, consultants or insurers who want to be sure of the quality of remote control activity. It is used in particular by companies applying for or who were already awarded APSAD remote control activity service certification.
